Each session in these 12 series is unique and profound to the individual.
Sessions 1-4: The sleeve
The first four sessions deal with differentiating the superficial myofascial layers in the body. It included The Superficial Front Line, The Superficial Back Line, The Latearal Line, and The Spiral Line.
Sessions 5-8: The Core
The second four sessions happen after establishing adequate depth in the layers to be able to change the core. It deals with Lower Deep Front Line, Upper Deep Front Line, Deep Back Line and head portion of Deep Front Line.
Sessions 9-12: Integration
The last four sessions are connecting the external and internal layers and refining how movement transmit through the structures.
