THE 10 SERIES GOALS

1st Session

Session one involves loosening the external fascia layer of the ribcage and pelvis to free the breath across the whole body. 

2nd Session

Session two involves organizing the feet and lengthening the back to promote grounding on the feet and extension of the spine. 

3rd Session

Session three is the end of the sleeve session. It invloves lengthening the sides of the torso and balancing the shoulder girdle front-to-back. 

4th Session

Session four is the begining of the core session, we are differentiating the core layer. It involves releasing the inner thigh and pelvis area, which releasing the plevis to find a new connection with the lumbar. 

5th Session

Session five involves organizing the iliopsoas from the leg to the diaphragm. We are restoring natural lumbar curve and length of the spine. 

6th Session

Session six is the lower pole session. It involves a deep posterior pelvis work to create balance and stability underneath the pelvis. 

7th Session

7th Session

  •  Session 7 is a session for a "breathing cranium". 
  • We work on connecting the head (cranium) with the rest of the body. 
  • We free the head so that it can float on top of the spine.  
  • Your head is like a flower. So we've done the previous work to free the stem - i.e. your body - in order to allow it to properly support the flower (head). 
  • This session is about aligning the core with the head. So your deep core runs all the way to your throat and tongue.
  • This is the end of the core session. 

8th Session

Balance the upper or lower girdles into new functional movement

10th Session

10th Session

Horizontalize joints throughout the vertical system

Each session in these 10 series is unique and profound to the individual

Sessions 1-3: The sleeve

The first three sessions deal with differentiating the superficial myofascial layers in the body.

Sessions 4-7: The Core

The second four sessions happen after establishing adequate depth in the layers to be able to change the core. 

Sessions 8-10: Integration

The last three sessions are connecting the external and internal layers and refining how movement transmit through the structures.
