
Session one involves loosening the external fascia layer of the ribcage and pelvis to free the breath across the whole body.

Session two involves organizing the feet and lengthening the back to promote grounding on the feet and extension of the spine.

Session three is the end of the sleeve session. It invloves lengthening the sides of the torso and balancing the shoulder girdle front-to-back.

Session four is the begining of the core session, we are differentiating the core layer. It involves releasing the inner thigh and pelvis area, which releasing the plevis to find a new connection with the lumbar.

Session five involves organizing the iliopsoas from the leg to the diaphragm. We are restoring natural lumbar curve and length of the spine.

Session six is the lower pole session. It involves a deep posterior pelvis work to create balance and stability underneath the pelvis.

Each session in these 10 series is unique and profound to the individual
The first three sessions deal with differentiating the superficial myofascial layers in the body.
The second four sessions happen after establishing adequate depth in the layers to be able to change the core.
The last three sessions are connecting the external and internal layers and refining how movement transmit through the structures.

These three SI sessions are highly recommended for those who wish to further tuning of your body system after completing 10 series sessions.
